NightFire's Full Weapon Load Outs

If you happen to be a lucky owner of the PAL version of NightFire, you just might be able to use an Action Replay code that'll allow you to load all the weapons and gadgets available in a map. This includes unused ones too!

Equinox:

That's the basic gist of it. Now there is some oddities that should be covered.

Every map that has a Walter pistol also has this test weapon called the Flare Gun which shoots a purple flare. It's firing rate is slower than the P2K and does nothing to anyone.

In The Exchange, you can start the third section with your Walther as opposed to being unarmed. However the devs had thought ahead of this one and will fail you if you walk into the guards' sight with your firearm.

In maps with the Smoke Grenade, you can actually affect enemies with it. Some enemies will treat it like a regular grenade and just run away while doing their death screams. In the case of the Chain Reaction snipers, they'll just continue to utter their "I'm hit!" and "Man down, man down!" lines.

But a few others will start choking on the smoke, leaving them helpless. However it is not uncommon for a close-by smoke grenade to just not affect the enemy unless you get in just the right spot as shown in the picture. Personally, I would use stun grenades since they just affect the whole room most of the time and enemies get put out of commission for far longer.

Phoenix Commandos have special behavior when flashbanged. Or rather not. They'll shield themselves from any Stun Grenade that goes off which makes them even more broken than they already are. Plus they do not choke on smoke.

And now for the special one, the Torpedo Launcher is the weapon Drake uses when you fight him in Equinox but here it is in all its glory.

Here's extra angles to satiate everyone's curiosity.

Have a torpedo too while I'm at it. The torpedo noticeably does not match the size of the chambers nor does it come out accurately but this is not reflected in a proper in-game view (instead it vaguely looks like it comes out of one of the chambers.)

Unfortunately the code doesn't work in multiplayer so this means you cannot find even more unused weapons like the Munitions Belga PDW90, claymores, FA1 Clarion, Mustang Viper, and the Q-Pen if some of them are still in the game. But what we have here in the single-player mode is enough to give us a picture of what once was.

  1. Q-Pen is still in the game's multiplayer. The rest are definitely not:

A test level found in the PS2 version shows every possible weapon for the game:

    1. Stuff like the P90 was probably planned very early on, and maybe where the models for the gun in the PC/GBA versions came from. However, there is very little to suggest it was ever implemented into Eurocom's version aside from a few text strings.
