Mini-Post: "Unused" Palmtop Item

So, in PS1 TWINE, I found an "unused" item called PALMTOP.

It's supposed to be the Motorola device that you use when pausing the game. Apparently they gave it a rudimentary item name despite it being relegated to the start button.
