AUF's Hidden Main Menu Assets

Thanks to finally getting my hands on ripping tools (albeit not ones specifically for the Bond games), I have made some interesting finds. Let's focus on the ones for Agent Under Fire for now.

There is still hidden textures and oddities you can find in the game's main menu and thanks to these tools, I've made some remarkable discoveries.

Completely Removed E3 Assets:

Let's get the big one out of the way. E3 assets still exist in the Xbox version of the game. Specifically the ones for Night of the Jackal, almost all of the rest of the missions have already had their early assets removed.

Night of the Jackal
(E3 Version)

The top banner is for the mission select screen. The images below are for the briefing screens. Images would gain color when they were in focus and turn back to a blue sepia toned image afterwards.

There's even an early controller help screen.
There is no early GameCube or Xbox controller screens in case you're not aware that Agent Under Fire was originally a PlayStation 2 only game.

Full Uncropped Banners:

Now for the ones that are hidden in plain sight.

Trouble in Paradise

You can see the interior in this.

Cold Reception

Whoops, looks like they forgot to turn off the HUD when they took this image. Besides the crosshair, there's the health bar and the debugging tools still in the image. Good thing for the devs that the alpha channel and UI crops most of this out in the end.

Mediterranean Crisis

Some of the ship at the bottom of the icon and the background is more visible.

Red Sector

You can see more of the wall on the right.

Abbey

You can now see the other side of the beam and some structure on the right.

Arsenal

The image is extended to the right.

Harbor

You can see more of the other part of the roof in the full icon.

Blue Sector

You can now see the end of the stairs here.

Rocket Manor

You can see nearly the entire arena in this image.

Hidden Oddities:

Streets of Bucharest

The texture for the Streets of Bucharest level banner still uses the same image structure as the E3 Night of the Jackal with the briefing images being part of the same image as the mission select banner.

You can see some of this in action thanks an old interview: https://youtu.be/Xy7gjfZExRs?t=161

Escort

Escort has a 2nd hidden banner hidden underneath the one used in the final game.

Bonus: Unused Loading Screen and Multiplayer Texture:

Precious Cargo/Dangerous Pursuit
(E3 Version)

Unused Multiplayer HUD(?)

Ripped using PVRTexTool, TextureFinder, and PCSX2's texture dumping tool.
